TestWebKitAPI.WebKit.ServerTrust is failing consistently on ews158 since we upgraded OS on ews158 from 10.14.3 to 10.14.4.

This doesn't appear to be happening anymore on this bot. I installed the iOS 12.2 SDK on the bots, so perhaps that resolved it.
