Bug 199938 introduced a env var WEBKIT_INSPECTOR_SERVER to start the inspector server for WinCairo. Although this is a same name env var with WebKitGtk, it would be wounderful if you add a nice UI to Windows MiniBrowser for starting the server. https://blogs.igalia.com/carlosgc/2017/05/03/webkitgtk-remote-debugging-in-2-18/
