safari do have flickering issues on the sticky menu bar when browsing with Safari Version 12.1 (14607.1.40.1.4) on MAC OS.

We do not believe this is currently an issue. Can you REOPEN this bug if you have a valid reproducing case on macOS 12 or newer?
