This functionality is correctly rendering in Safari for Latin text. This functionality is correctly rendering in Chrome for Kannada text.

The latest "Safari Developer Preview" supports this feature. Such as https://kn.wikipedia.org/ However, it doesn't work with websites using webfont. Such as https://www.prajavani.net/
