I. Steps:
 -----------
 
 1. Launch Safari
 2. Launch the attached testcase
 3. Resize the window to small enough to move GAIA bar below the one google bar as shown in screen shot.
 
 
 II. Issue:
 -----------------
 GAIA bar should be moved down to below one google bar which is not the case. Please see attached screenshot.
 
 
 
 III. Other browsers:
 -----------------------
 IE7 : ok
 FF3 : ok
 Opera 9.27: Ok
 
 
 IV. Safari nightly tested: version 3.1.1(525.17 )- r34278.
 
 Not working properly on Safari.

I am unable to reproduce this bug using attached test case in Safari 15.6 on macOS 12.5 and it matches with all other browsers (Chrome Canary 106 and Firefox Nightly 105) where resizing window leads to GAIA bar move to next line below. Since it is not reproducible and not match with 'reference screenshot', I am going to mark this as "RESOLVED CONFIGURATION CHANGED". If I am incorrect and this reproducible, please reopen and update with comment accordingly. Thanks!
