When watching a video from bilibili.com with epiphany-3.32.1.2, its audio is distorted heavily.

bilibili.com has open-sourced their player so I can reproduce this issue:

1. Build WebKitGTK-2.24.0.
2. Run MiniBrowser, open http://bilibili.github.io/flv.js/demo/.
3. Input the URL https://bf.mengyan1223.wang/assets/test.flv into the testbox and press "Load".
4. This video is grabbed from https://www.bilibili.com/video/av12268511.  It contains scenes from various Star Trek episodes.  But with MiniBrowser and flv.js all human voice become Borg-like :).

If play this video natively (w/o MSE and flv.js) the audio is fine.

I'm not sure if this is a WebKit issue or flv.js issue.  Also not sure if this should be in "Media" or "WebKitGTK" (because I have no Macs to test Safari).

Fixed in 2.26.1 release.
