when closing tab goto previous tab (ie the one using before) not top tab; which isn't always the previous.

The support for tabs is a Safari feature, and as such, it is out of scope for the WebKit open source project. Please file Safari bugs and enhancements requests at <http://bugreport.apple.com> (free registration required).
