Steps to reproduce: On *Windows* tip of tree WebKit (does not reproduce on MacOS): 1. Visit http://www.mlslistings.com/ 2. Type in a city name in the "City" field and click Search. 3. On the results page, click on any result. 4. On the individual result page, click Back. Expected: - Navigate back to the results page. This is what happens in Firefox 3.0 and IE8b1. Actual: - A prompt is shown asking the user to repost form data.
Created attachment 21626 [details] Shows repost error with hash urls Unsure this is exactly the same bug - but closest to one I was about to make new. Follow the instructions in the page to see test case. 1. Submit form with POST method 2. Create at least two hash based history (either with anchors or javascript) 3. Press back and the repost message is erroneously displayed
Testcase attachment needs to be downloaded before it can submit to itself
