Seen on iOS with recent WebKit build. Steps to reproduce: 1. Visit <https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Halt_and_Catch_Fire>. 2. Select the text “CPU chip would” in the second sentence of the second paragraph. 3. Scroll the page down. When you release your finger the page scrolls back up to reveal the selection. But it shouldn’t jump back to reveal selection.
