Seen on iOS on iPad using a hardware keyboard. Steps to reproduce: 1. Visit <data:text/html,<select><option>First</option><option>Second<option></select><select><option>First</option><option>Second<option></select>> 2. Press the tab key twice. Then the second <select> should be focused. But the first <select> is still focused and showing its popup.

I cannot reproduce using a ToT build. Marking Resolved Invalid.
