Clicking on byte range resources in Network Tab causes Network Tab to break

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Inspect https://www.coursera.org/lecture/neural-networks-deep-learning/welcome-Cuf2f
2. Reload
3. Show Network Tab
4. Group Media Requests
5. Start video on page
6. Click between ByteRange requests and the Video element
  => Network tab breaks

This might be working in trunk and just not in STP 73?
