If a block element precedes an iframe with a percentage height, in a table, the iframe has zero height.

This bug has been reported against Chromium and it is effecting Safari and Google Chrome users who go to web sites like http://www.war-europe.com which use SWFObject to embed flash. In the bug entry on Chromium there is a workaround which explicitly sets the height. See, http://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=492

All browsers (Safari 16.2, Chrome Canary 111 and Firefox Nightly 110) are rendering this testcase same. Marking this as "RESOLVED CONFIGURATION CHANGED". Thanks!
