Notice there is a missing image with a broken hyperlink under the text "Green circles represent open bugs". The image links to: <http://www.research.att.com/~north/cgi-bin/webdot.cgi/https://bugs.webkit.org//var/www/html/data/webdot/_vi0Gk2E3x.dot.map>.

My recollection is that this never worked, as we never installed modules required for this functionality. But the www.research.att.com link doesn't look familiar.
