I also cannot confirm the problem. Is it replicable to you, Jim?

I can now load the page
http://www.scribd.com/doc/93363/Buckminster-Fuller-Global-Energy-Grid-01
When I scroll using my mighty mouse button the page scrolls once and then stops scrolling. Scroll still works when clicking on the up down arrows. There is a inner frame on the right side that also scrolls, moving the mouse over that frame the mighty mouse will scroll that inner frame until that frame reaches an end (up or down) then the outer frame will scroll once more cycle before hanging again. Your call if there is still a problem or something strange Jim

Jim, you reopened the bug report describing a completely different site and completely different problem. Please file a new bug report regarding a scrolling issue.
