To reproduce, make a new MiniBrowser WK2 window, navigate to <https://webkit.org/>, choose Edit > Find > Find, and type “ope” in the Find banner. Notice that the highlight and the hole are vertically offset by the height of the window’s overlay toolbar. Scroll down and repeat and notice that the highlight and the hole positions don’t account for the scroll offset either.

This got reported again as 199815 and fixed there.
