The following layout test is a flaky failure on macOS and GTK

inspector/canvas/setRecordingAutoCaptureFrameCount.html

Probable cause:

This test was added with https://trac.webkit.org/changeset/237670.

It looks like the flakiness may be limited to macOS WK1
