Seen on iPhone X running iOS 12.0.1 (16A404). Note sure if it matters I was in portrait orientation. Steps to reproduce: 1. Visit <https://appleid.apple.com/account#!&page=create>. 2. Tap the password to focus and once the Carey appears scroll the page. The carpet sceolls with the page. But it should not scroll with the page.
