I Steps:
  I. Go to the URL http://my.att.net/
 II. Click any of the link below the "Weather".
 III. Click on "Play" for Forecast Video for today.

 II Issue:
 You will see, in the pop up Video is showing down the page so user can't see it.
 
 IV Other browsers:

There is a problem with window dimensions. After resizing the window (around 5px) the Media Player window returns to a correct place. I can confirm the issue is visible only on Windows. There is no problem in OS X.
