We need to port to libgeoclue, instead of using the geoclue D-Bus API directly. Or directly add support for the WIP geolocation portal.

Closing as WONTFIX. This GTK-specific geoclue porting task has had no activity since 2018. If this is still relevant to the GTK port, please file a new bug with current details.
