Running Safari 11.1.2 When navigator.mediaDevices.getUserMedia is called with `{ video: { frameRate: { max: 30} } }` constraint object, you receive an "Invalid constraint" error. The same issue occurs when using min, and exact, however it does work correctly when called with ideal. Here is a jsFiddle showing it working correctly with ideal:
https://jsfiddle.net/aynr0k5q/202/
Here is a jsFiddle showing it failing with min/max/exact:
https://jsfiddle.net/aynr0k5q/203/
Both examples above work in Chrome.

Note, if you include ideal as well as max, it works correctly.
