1. Open https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=16450#c9 2. Open the drop-down 3. Click on the scrollbar 4. Drag to move the scrollbar, and have the mouse stray outside the popup The drag should carry on even if the mouse moves too far to the right, but it does not.
