This might be opened in the security category, as currently no LFENCE is emitted at all in case of a Windows build.

According to Filip Pizlo[1] emitting lfence is not needed so I think this bug can be closed as WONTFIX. [1]: https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=188145#c16

Now lfence is removed.
