webgl/1.0.3/conformance/glsl/constructors/glsl-construct-bvec4.html [ Timeout Pass ] Every now and then the test fails on the first run but passes the second time. The test was passing fine until r234130, where it timed out for the first time, but that changeset doesn't seem related to the test. When it fails, the test writes this to stderr: "failed to create drawable"

After replacing the WebGL backend with ANGLE this test is marked as Slow. The gardening commit is: https://commits.webkit.org/255008@main
