The following layout test is flaky on MacOS

imported/w3c/web-platform-tests/notifications/event-onshow.html

Probable cause:

The failure is Highly intermittent. Happening maybe every 20 to 50 runs. Test is timing out from the test harness. If the test doesn't finish immediately it will timeout in around 27-30 seconds. I have not reproduced issue yet.
