Description Roland Soos 2018-06-16 02:17:48 PDT
When watching YouTube video in full screen I get a really strange effect. It happens if I do not move the mouse for 3 seconds and the interface gets hidden. When I move the mouse, the video plays fine again.

Here is a screen capture which shows the "effect": https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DPkaDtvYVPs

It is worth to mention that I have "youtube freeze" issue ticket which haunts me for along time ago: https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=172762

Roland, yes they probably are related. This sounds like an OS problem you’re running into. Could you take a sysdiagnose (sudo sysdiagnose from the command line) and file a bug report on http://bugreport.apple.com/ ? I’ll make sure it gets to the right team.

Thanks Jer,
I had several two sysdiags with the freeze issue in the past, none of them resolved the freezing issue:
36128807
35436479

Now I created a new ticket, here you can find it: 41193728

Hi Roland, I duped that new radar against the one which was filed automatically. But please use that new radar to add information or attach new file (should that be necessary).

The fix for this issue was needed outside the WebKit project, therefore this is being resolved as 'Moved'.

The relevant component was unable to reproduce the problem.
