Vidible.tv videos at huffingtonpost.com play but appear all black (audio and still images okay) in Epiphany, Surf-2, MiniBrowser. No problem in Firefox.
Can you point to a certain URL or URLs we can test instead of searching the paper ourselves?

Works in Epiphany Technology Preview.
I tried with WPE with its custom JHBuild and minibrowser and I don't get a blank screen but video playback seems accelerated so it is wrong too.
