1. Go to google.com 2. Enter a long string (adadasdasdsssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssss) 3. Highligh the text using you mouse, and move the cursor so that the text scrolls.

The clipping errors are largely gone, but you can still see the text being drawn over the focus rect of the line edit.

Confirmed in WebKit trunk (r48110), against Qt 4.6 (77fd77d6) on Mac OS 10.5 (Carbon) The clipping error is still there when the window looses focus. Try selecting half the text and defocus the window by clicking in another app.
