To reproduce in Epiphany Tech Preview with 2.20.0:

 * Visit https://gitlab.gnome.org/Infrastructure/GitLab/issues/204
 * Refresh the page
 * Scroll (up or down, doesn't matter)

The page becomes corrupted after scrolling. Screenshot attached.

I cannot reproduce this with minibrowser and ToT.

I can't reproduce anymore either, with 2.21.1 or with 2.20.1. Closing, will reopen if I see it again.
