We added Buildbot 0.9(+) support recently in perf syncing scripts (in https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=175969). We should remove the old Buildbot 0.8 code as it's unused.

wincairo failures are unrelated (probably some configuration issue on that machine).
