It is only used by WK1. Also, it is referencing NSApp, which should be avoided in WebCore, if possible.

We still have it in Source/WebCore/page/Mac/EventHandlerMac.mm and Source/WebCore/page/EventHandler.h. @Per - Is it still applicable? Or Good idea to do?
