Open https://www.tripadvisor.com/Hotel_Review-g294217-d304490-Reviews-or10-The_Langham_Hong_Kong-Hong_Kong.html Safari would keep consuming ~40% CPU while the tab is visible.

Appears to be fixed in STP61.
