When I open https://tobireif.com/demos/grid/ in Safari and tab-navigate through the buttons on the page, after the last button ("Layout 3") got focus, the link "tobireif.com" should get focus, but it doesn't. Works in the other browsers in which I had tested that, eg in Chrome.

Works fine as long as you turn on “press tab to highlight each item on a webpage” in the Advanced menu (AKA WKPreferences’s tabFocusesLinks pref).
