I am on a very poor WiFi connection in an RV park so this could be an artifact of the connection.  However this is the second time I have seen this happen in the last couple of weeks

I cannot confirm the problem. As you described it was probably a network problem. Per comment #1 and per no answer from reporter marked as WORKSFORME. Jim, if you still experience the problem feel free to reopen the bug and provide more details, for example how often the page doesn't work for you etc.
