There is a patch for video-cookie.html in bug 181377 but it's not worth landing until we bump our jhbuild gst version to 1.14.

If it doesn't break anything I think is worth landing before that. Think on stable releases: if you land now it will end in webkitgtk-2.20 which almost for sure will be used with gstreamer-1.14 by someone.

The test(s) file under this bug is no longer failing. The test(s) was removed from TestExpectation in https://commits.webkit.org/258351@main.
