If a patch fails webkipy-tests, webkitpy-ews keeps retrying it indefinitely. e.g.: https://webkit-queues.webkit.org/patch/326588/webkitpy-ews

This change seems to work fine. Tested in https://webkit-queues.webkit.org/patch/328315/webkitpy-ews
