We don't really need the (old) version included in wpt tools dir, so we can simply remove it and use autoinstall instead.

I don't know why the patch doesn't apply, but I suspect it's again because the script we use the apply patches doesn't deal with line endings. Anyway, we don't need EWS for this patch.
