Currently the MediaEncryptedEvent event is empty, doesn't contain the InitData.

I see nothing wrong with this patch per-se but I do think it's orphan code until it is used anywhere. I prefer not to land this unless there another bug in the horizon that requires this and even in that case, this patch could be included as part of the other.

I'll submit some patches in order to support ClearKey with CENC InitData.

This bug is fixed by Jer's bug 180480 it's damage the two bugs has been crossed
