Step 1 .use the demo https://appr.tc/ to test p2p video conferece using safari 11
Step 2 . set Downlink Packets Dropped  above 20% using "Network Link Conditioner"

Result:
the video will be green sometimes .

we have the sysdiagnose file , but the file is too large to upload, you can tell me which file you needed

This is expected, the decoder is unable to properly decode all frames due to missing information and artefacts might appear
