Marked as flaky in: https://trac.webkit.org/changeset/223700/webkit

This test was re-enabled in December and has been passing consistently up until yesterday. The test is now frequently timing out on Sierra, seemingly after https://trac.webkit.org/changeset/228252/webkit
Skipped in https://trac.webkit.org/changeset/228403/webkit
After skipping this test, another test has started to be a flaky timeout: http/tests/resourceLoadStatistics/prevalent-resource-unhandled-keydown.html https://webkit-test-results.webkit.org/dashboards/flakiness_dashboard.html#showAllRuns=true&tests=http%2Ftests%2FresourceLoadStatistics%2Fprevalent-resource-unhandled-keydown.html
This test is also a flaky timeout in GTK, but is hard to reproduce. It happens much often on the bot which runs with the flag --skip-failing-tests ( see bug 227744 ).. that may indicate the flakiness can be related by a previous test scheduled on the worker that leaves WTR in an unexpected state.
