As per https://rawgit.com/w3c/aria/master/core-aam/core-aam.html#role-map-tabpanel, ARIA tabpanel role should be exposed as ATK_ROLE_SCROLL_PANE. It's currently being exposed as ATK_ROLE_PANEL.
