HTML file with rendering problem

The attached html file contains some 8-digit amounts. Also attached are screen shots from Safari 10.1.2(12603.3.8) running on MacOS 10.12.6 and Firefox 48.0.1 on the same system. The Firefox screenshot shows the Iranian Rial sign (U+FDFC) displayed on to the right of the number while the Safari screenshot shows it displayed in the middle of the number.
