When I do 15 tabs page load, it is slow because all pages are using flash and slows down. Suggestion: When loading in non-focused tab window, load everything but do not start animiation or flash until it gets focus.

I think Safari has now sophisticated heuristics to offload memories and now a days, it is possible to load hundreds of tabs. I think this can be closed since it is already done. Old times of Flash plugins are also gone. Can some mark this as closed. Thanks!

Correct, there has been a lot of progress in this area over the years.
