Add the new IE8 CSS tests to LayoutTests http://samples.msdn.microsoft.com/csstestpages/default.htm Should probably go under: LayoutTests/css/microsoft or similar. We'll need to place their license header in a LICENSE file (looks BSDish).

Some of the tests are invalid, so make sure to follow the threads on public mailing lists.

I expect that we'll treat them like any one of the w3c CSS test suites, and use a version date when importing. We can clean up the fails/passes later. (and update the tests as they fix them).

These long ago landed in the CSS 2.1 testsuite, so this can presumably be closed in favour of sorting out running csswg-test (or, hopefully later this year, all of web-platform-tests after we merge csswg-test into it).
