An instance of Telegram web app corruption

How to reproduce:

1. Login in https://web.telegram.org/ (You will need a telephone number)
2. Open a chat with someone. Fortunately you can open a chat with
yourself, which is useful for testing.
3. Have the other person start typing without sending a message, just
enough for the "User is typing..." message to arrive. If you are
chatting with yourself, you just need to type.

Expected behavior:

"User is typing..." should appear.

Actual behavior:

All scrollables within the document get corrupted turning either white,
black or blue until the user stops typing.

I can't reproduce it in Fedora 26 Epiphany with Intel drivers.

I can reproduce it everytime in Arch Linux in both Epiphany and the
minibrowser with NVIDIA drivers.
