js/regress-150434.html is a flaky timeout on Sierra Debug according to the flakiness dashboard.
https://webkit-test-results.webkit.org/dashboards/flakiness_dashboard.html#showAllRuns=true&tests=js%2Fregress-150434.html
https://build.webkit.org/results/Apple%20Sierra%20Debug%20WK2%20(Tests)/r221787%20(2937)/results.html
https://build.webkit.org/builders/Apple%20Sierra%20Debug%20WK2%20(Tests)/builds/2937
The first timeout was on this build:
https://build.webkit.org/builders/Apple%20Sierra%20Debug%20WK2%20(Tests)/builds/2714
The only revision involving JS/ nearby is
https://trac.webkit.org/changeset/221196/webkit
but I am not 100% this would have cause the flakiness to exist.

I have been trying to reproduce this timeout, but I am unable to get it to time out locally. It has since gotten very consistent in its failure on High Sierra Debug.
