I am watching https://vimeo.com/230936701 in fullscreen at 1080p and I can notice tearing. This happened with Epiphany built with GNOME JHBuild commit id 32cc9853 including WebKitGTK+ 2.17.91 with LIGBL_DRI3_DISABLE=1 in runtime and in Xorg.

No tearing observed here, I use the radeonsi driver, XWayland and VA-API. Which video decoder is used in your case?

Please reopen if this issue is still happening and mention which video decoder is being used :)
