Current Web Inspector zoom levels

A pretty minor issue:

In Safari, the page zoom levels are: 50%, 75%, 85%, 100%, 115%, 125%, 150%, 175%, 200%, 250%, 300%.
In Web Inspector settings, the possible zoom levels are 60%, 80%, 100%, 120%, 140%, 160%, 180%, 200%, 220%, 240%.

It would be nice for the Web Inspector zoom levels to be a subset of the current Safari page zoom levels, just for consistency, as users might be used to the same zoom levels.

Some of these existing zoom levels for Inspector are unusable, so we'll need to test out the right subset.
