Screenshot of current time delimiters

In the Timeline view of the Network pane, there are time delimiters. Each one of these delimiters is a gradient, which doesn't look very modern. We should just use a partial solid line for these delimiters, which is more consistent with macOS visual design.

The Instruments app does a nice job, and has major/minor tick marks. I think we should adopt the same style.
