When trying to play any video on YouTube, at some point it will just stall, with YouTube then showing an spinner on the video. Trying to stop and start the video has no affect. Reloading the page will continue the video, but it will eventually stall again.

I cannot reproduce this.

Can you attach a brief screen recording from loading a YouTube URL until the spinner comes up?
Do you see anything in the inspector console?

This bug currently says that this is Safari Technology Preview on OS X 10.10, which doesn't exist.

Please clarify which OS version and Safari/WebKit you can reproduce this with.

I'm still seeing this issue on the latest MacOS (High Sierra) and Safari Tech Preview (Release 43 (Safari 11.1, WebKit 13605.1.12)

YouTube videos will stall with just a spinner, with errors in the console. ("Failed to load resource" over and over)

Also, trying to watch a pre-recorded Twitch video will play for a few seconds to a few minutes, then the page will reload and the video player will just be black. Have to reload the page to start it again.

To reproduce, open any YouTube video and click play. It will stall eventually.

I cannot reproduce this locally either, though we have a very fast internet connection here, so if this stalling issue is related to your own network speed and/or setup, we will never be able to reproduce this.

To re-iterate Brady's request, would you please post a screen recording and screenshot of the inspector network tab while reproducing?

Update.. latest Safari Tech Preview still has major issues playing Twitch.tv videos. Freezes playback, show spinning cursor.. all but unresponsive.
