iPad iOS 10.3.1

Hello,

When using VoiceOver on iPad, there is a issue when operating select elements: after choosing a value with double-tap, the focus does not stay on the select but is moved back to the top of the page, or to a previous random location.
It can be reproducible on Facebook, W3C School websites.

Could you please take a look at this issue?

this is a VoiceOver bug. we've sent the bug report over to that team, but we won't be able to track its fix through webkit
